Coemar presents new products Stand H 56 at PLASA 2005.

iSpot S
The new iSpot S is ready for action: a new version of the smart moving head projector by Coemar is now available. Flicker-free and self-stabilising, iSpot S is suitable for a range of specialist and conventional applications, but its improved low noise attitude makes it fit especially for TV studio’s. Attractive design, advanced technology, 12 rotating gobos and a powerful luminous output provide an efficient mix of hi-tech and functionality.
Its features: articulated movement (pan 530° tilt 270°), 16 bit beam positioning, dmx 512 standard + bidirectional (with DR 1) communication protocol, full range dimming, synchronised or random strobe effect, zap strobe effect full electronic, black-out. Infinite colours from CMY color mixing system; 5 fixed colours + white on colour wheel, rainbow/multi-colour/slide effects, synchronised black-out and colour change, proportional CTO. Its easily interchangeable gobos, on two overlapping wheels of 6 gobos each + open, provide a wide range of images. Add 2 rotating optical glass prisms, frost effect, full proportional iris, motorised focusing objective with high definition optics. Zoom 7° to 26°. Its multi-function led display reports dmx address, lamp life (approx. 750 hours) test, signal presence and all functions emulated by DR 1 remote control. Software can be upgraded; if necessary, display can be supplied and settings (dmx address, ID number etc.) varied without mains connection.

Director 768
Since ever Coemar, with their products and professionals, is close to progressive light designers on touring stages, theatres, tv directions, worldwide events. This long experience brings exclusive know how and innovative solutions – Director 768, for exemple, the new controller we are going to release at Plasa 2005. For a very low price you can access reliable functionality and remarkable performances, all in a very compact and light (3,8Kg - 8,37Lbs) device: dmx 512 standard communication protocol and 2 XLR3 sockets for 768 dmx channels; 24 (max 32 channels each) controllable units; new devices suitable to be set directly on the controller. Pan/Tilt control through 2 high sensitivity wheels. 1024 programmable scenes, 72 programs of 99 scenes, sound-to-light mode or adjustable speed. Control of programs through Jack stereo connector for audio input and connection to PC via RS232 connector to record data and to update software and device library. Effects generator for pan and tilt (adjustable speed and parameters) and led display user interface with selectable language.

ParLite Led
Coemar led technology opens up new horizons to a mature product range: the traditional Par projectors. The innovative ParLite Led stands out for flexibility and energy savings: colour change and reduced power consumption mark a significant improvement, in fact, while Coemar led range successfully spreads.
Its features: 36 led luxeon, 1W each, low consumption light source (declared lamp life: 100.000 hours). Full range dimming, zoom from 10° to 110° (manual adjustment of the beam in spot, medium and flood position; lenses and front filters to adjust the projection angle are available on request), electronic strobe (synchronised or random effect). Infinite colours are generated by convergent RGB colour system. 4 different built-in automatic programs of colour changing and fading; synchronised master/slave ability. Dmx 512 standard + bi-directional Communication protocol; binary dip-switches user interface with all functions (internal programs and parameters included) emulated by DR 1 remote control.

MiniCyc
Cyclorama is suitable of an almost hypnotic suggestion: performing arts, theatres and touring shows are charming applications. Sometimes, however, an impressive lighting of the event requires reduced dimensions of luminaires: MiniCyc is as tough as compact. Equipped with MSD 250W/2 x 2 (250W, 18000 lm, 8500°K, 2000 hours) lamp, it provides full range dimming, synchronised or random strobe effect, and blackout. Its 425° pan/212° tilt movement (16 bit), zoom from 9,5° to 71° (lenses are available to obtain different projection angles) and CMY colour mixing system open light designer’s field of vision to infinite colour output.
Led display makes user interface handly and intuitive, while all functions are effectually emulated by DR 1 remote control. Software can be upgraded; if necessary, display can be supplied and settings (dmx address, ID number etc.) varied also without mains connection.
Coemar MiniCyc is available with 2 built-in electromagnetic ballasts + 2 ignitors (MB version, weight 75,61 Lbs) or 2 built-in electronic ballasts with PFC (EB version, weight 63,27 Lbs).

iWash Halo
Led is today the cutting edge technology, but Coemar keep on developping projects and products based on discharge and halogen lamp, too: for most applications, light designers all over the world still prefer the conventional fixtures.
Evolution of the iWash range, whose more remarkable features shares, this light and functional moving joke – 538° pan, 252° tilt beam movement, 16 bit – is equipped with a 750W 55V (750W, 20000lm, 3200°K, 200h) halogen lamp. Other features: full CMY colour mixing system, 6 colours + white on colour wheel, proportional CTB filter. Full range dimming, synchronised or random strobe effect, blackout. Zoom from 12° to 51°. Rotating filter (beam shaping) for 180° shaping (par effect) and additional fresnel lens for a higher concentration of the beam. A led display fiendly-user interface integrates a dmx 512 standard + bidirectional Communication protocol; all functions are emulated by DR 1 remote control.
