SKOKIE, IL, February 4, 2003 --- MacPherson, Inc. will feature three of their signature loudspeakers ­ the IS12X, M2X Version 2, and PC12 ­ at NSCA in booth #714.

All three loudspeakers share several critical attributes. They all offer:

• high sound pressure level (SPL)
• minimum frequency and phase distortion
• accurate vocal and music reproduction

The compact, versatile two-way M2X Version 2 loudspeaker offers extended bandwidth and extreme SPL (sound pressure level) capabilities not usually associated with smaller 2-way trapezoid cabinets. Its 15-inch woofer and 2-inch compression driver combine for outstanding broadband performance -- tight low-frequency response, excellent vocal clarity, and extended high-frequency reproduction. The M2X Version 2 is ideal for small PA or horizontal array applications.

The full-range IS12X loudspeaker utilizes a 12-inch woofer and a 2-inch compression driver for smooth, even coverage. Measuring less than 8 inches deep, its unique slim profile makes the IS12X ideal for wall-mounted surround since it easily fits between wall studs. Offering high SPL capability, the IS12X also delivers warm, well-defined lows and clear highs.

For true vocal and music reproduction, the compact PC12 full-bandwidth loudspeaker is a winner. The cabinet features a two-way design with a sophisticated crossover network. This allows a single amplifier channel to produce high sound pressure level (SPL) with minimum frequency and phase distortion. Internal components include a 12-inch woofer and a 1-inch compression driver, coupled to a constant directivity horn. The result is extended low frequency (LF) performance, not typically found in compact size cabinets.
