PLASA 2002 to see several debut products with a number of other
new products also on display.
MAC 2000
Wash:
This powerful and new 1200-watt MAC Fresnel fixture boasts a number
of notable features including extremely high light output from an
HMI 1200-watt source, full CMY color mixing and variable CTC filters,
multiple front lens options for various beam spreads, a fully motorized
zoom system and more. For increased flexibility an optional motorized
barn door module allows you to cut the beam wherever desired.
MAC 2000
Performance:
The MAC 2000 Performance is a powerful 1200-watt profile framing
spot and animation projector. It features a 4-blade framing system
for precise stage lighting and gobo animation wheel for extraordinary
theatrical effects. The gobo animation system has been further enhanced
with a set of six new animation wheel designs giving lighting designers
an unparalleled range of artistic effects with which to enhance
their shows.
Maxxyz:
Maxxyz is Martin Professional's new professional lighting console
and the most advanced stage lighting console on the market today
thanks to a string of highly original features and intuitive characteristics
such as customizable LCD buttons for tailored programming, a built-in
3D Visualizer with real-time PREVIEW mode, full multimedia capability,
and much more.
Ego:
Ego 1 and Ego 2 are the first in a new series of highly individual
250-watt DJ effect lights featuring never before seen flower and
gobo patterns and superlative projection optics. Ego houses a precise
focus adjustment while variable behavior tuning allows DJs to adjust
how aggressively the effect reacts to music in trig mode.
MX-10:
This extreme scanner is the latest in Martin's popular MX series.
The MX-10 combines a top quality achromatic lens system with a full
250 watts of power to produce unprecedented brightness for a scanner
in its class. The MX-10 also breaks new ground in speed and agility.
High velocity pan/tilt, and an improved shutter design make this
the fastest scanner out there. Ideal for use in larger disco and
nightclub environments, the MX-10 houses 12 replaceable colors with
split colors possibilities, 8 rotating gobo patterns, and a rotating
3-facet prism. For added flexibility, the prism, gobos and colors
are all replaceable, allowing the MX-10 to be tailored to a wide
variety of environments.
Alien 02:
Equipped with a long life CDM 150-watt discharge lamp, this newest
indoor architectural luminaire from Martin Professional combines
full range CMY color mixing and intensity control with a unique
modular construction for multiple variants of colored light, design
and positioning.
Freekie:
Freekie offers a new concept in creative lighting control that allows
DJs to add instant lighting control to the dancefloor mix. Freekie
features easy pitch and pan/tilt control for instant lightshow to
music synchronization and more, adding a new element to a DJ's scratch,
backspin or power down.
Mach M-Flex:
M-Flex is a lightweight series of speakers designed with digital
bi-amplification technology, the ideal solution for the serious
musician, the busy DJ or any club owner who priorities sound quality
and well designed intelligent flexibility. By choosing a radical
design approach with built-in DSP circuitry and switch mode amplifier

Mach M14T:
Mach speakers' new M14T is a dedicated touring series top-box designed
to be used with the Mach M181T or M218T subwoofer. Designed for
high quality live sound reinforcement, the M14T is an ultra compact,
loud and lightweight speaker. It features a high output mid-bass
driver with excellent output and clarity in the midrange as well
as a 2" compression driver with a 3" diaphragm.
Mach M218T:
Designed specially to support Mach's M14T or M30T touring series
speakers, the Mach M218T is a dual 18" frontloaded bass reflex subwoofer.
It features newly developed drive units with inside/outside winded
coils, carbon fibre reinforced diaphragms and double demodulation
rings. M218T is equipped with a flying system and features a dual
Speakon NL8 connector with link.
Alien 51S:
Featuring a compact and elegant design, the Alien 51S is a new recessed
speaker from Mach and a complement to Martin Professional's architectural
recessed color-changing light, the Alien 05. Useful in a wide variety
of applications, the 110-degree acoustic coverage pattern ensures
even sound pressure and tonal balance throughout the coverage area.
ViroStation:
ViroStation is a revolutionary new concept in architectural loudspeakers
based on unique flat panel loudspeakers combined with Martin intelligent
color changing illumination. Designed for applications where an
elegant combination of indirect illumination and atmospheric audio
is required, ViroStation can be used both indoors and out.
Jem
Magnum 550 / Magnum 950:
The well-known Magnum family of foggers has expanded. Magnum is
a complete range of high quality, high value fog and haze effects
generators for today's DJ and late night venue operator. The Magnum
550 houses a 600W ECO-Mass Vaporizing System for economical and
even distribution of haze while the Magnum 950 houses a more powerful
1500W system. The Magnum family incorporates all the quality components
and features that Jem products are known for including overheat
protection, remote control and much more.
Jem Magnum
Hazer:
This high precision DMX haze generator, the first in a new range
of Jem hazers, features state-of-the-art digital technology and
a high velocity centrifugal blower. Together with the latest in
innovative ECO-Mass vaporizing system design and V.G.A (variable
geometry airflow), it is capable of producing very small, highly
refractive airborne particles to deliver the perfect optically translucent
canvas of haze.
